Canola! Seeds of Innovation

Canola! Seeds of Innovation at the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum is an immersive exhibition that tells the story of the development of Canadian research on the canola plant and how it became one of Canada’s most important crops. Visitors’ journey through the exhibit is guided by hands-on discovery, digital games, and audio-visual presentations. At the centre is a canola tower installation that highlights the impacts of canola.
